When you use the App, we may process the following information:

Contact Information (User-Entered Data)

• The App allows you to manually enter and store contact information and other basic details. This information is entered and managed entirely by you.
• We do not collect or access your device’s system contacts unless you explicitly choose to import them.

Free Users

• All contact data is stored locally on your device only.
• We do not upload or store your contact data on any external server.

Paid Users (Cloud Sync Feature)

If you subscribe to the premium version and enable Cloud Sync:

• Your contact data is securely stored in the cloud.
• This allows you to access your data across multiple devices.
• Cloud storage is available to paid users only.

Your data is used only to:

• Store and organize your contacts
• Display and manage contact details within the App
• Sync data across devices (only if Cloud Sync is enabled)
• Improve app functionality and user experience

We do NOT:

• Sell your data
• Share your contacts with advertisers
• Use your contacts for marketing

We do not share your personal or contact data with any third parties. Your data remains private and under your control at all times, except when required by law.

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data. For cloud users, data is transmitted securely using encrypted connections. While no system is 100% secure, we take reasonable measures to safeguard your information.

You can:

• Edit or delete any contact at any time
• Delete your account from within the App

When your account is deleted:

• All cloud-stored data (for paid users) will be permanently deleted
• Any locally stored contact data will also be removed
• This action is irreversible

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the app with an updated “Last Updated” date.
